What the kit is
The kit is a set of documents for your own use. It is not a test, an audit, a certification or legal advice, and it does not assess any system. You are responsible for the facts you put in it and for the decision you take from it.
Refunds and the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, condition or warranty that the Australian Consumer Law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the kit or paying the cost of resupply. Where the failure is a major failure, you may choose a refund or a replacement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
