Where it is kept and who can see it
Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and accounts are stored in Supabase in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are handled by Stripe. Sign-in and receipt mail are sent through SendGrid. Those four are the only processors. Saved work is kept until you delete it or close your account. Support opens a saved record only at your request.
The free check
The check runs in your browser. The answers are not sent to this site or to anyone else, and they are not saved unless you choose to save them in your account. There is no tracking pixel in the check.
What is collected
If you buy the kit or start the watch, Stripe collects your email and payment details. This site receives the email address and the plan, and creates an account from them. If you ask for a sign-in link, the address is used once to send it. Server logs record the request path, the time and the status, as every web server does.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your saved work, ask for it to be deleted, or close the account. Write to support@theartofservice.com. You can use the free record and the check without an account at all.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie when you sign in or complete a checkout. It is there to keep you signed in and to serve the kit you paid for. It is not used for advertising, and there is no third-party advertising script on the site.
